    1. The meals themselves are designed for smaller households–they are 2-4 servings each depending on how large you like your portions. I wouldn’t classify them as “heavy” meals–but they are more hearty/filling/comfort food-type meals. They are designed to be nutrient-dense meals–having a good balance of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Many of the meals contain vegetables or lend themselves to serving a side of veg or salad with. Pastas and rice are day-of-cooking ingredients, typically what you would serve something over–so you’re able to choose if you serve pasta, a certain kind of rice, or choose something else like quinoa, a bed of steamed veg, zoodles, etc.

On the registration is a place to mark specific dietary concerns, as I can provide swaps and needed substitutions. There’s also a list of the recipes prepared during each session, so you can choose the one(s) most appropriate for your tastes! Thanks for asking–happy to answer any more questions!
