Personal Training Packages

Stephanie Lueras is a body positive ACE certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist dedicated to working one-on-one in-person and online with specific client-created holistic goals to help them be the best they can be physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  There is no “one size fits all” approach to fitness.  Using different activities, interests, modalities of exercise, and adapting for your individual ability level, we will work together to create a program that is beneficial and enjoyable for you.  An enjoyment of exercise and movement is attainable for people of all ages, abilities, and sizes.  Let’s find what’s right for you.  Contact Stephanie at 602-621-3392 or stephanielueras@gmail.com for more information!

Before starting any training package (in-person–your place or mine, or online), every client will meet with Stephanie for a free consultation to evaluate goals, fitness level, match in training philosophy, basic nutrition consult, and discuss much more! (This free consultation is 45-60 minutes in length)

Prices based on a $60/hr rate. This is not a locked in rate–package costs can vary based on other services combined, individual goals, FSA/HSA/Wellness Program rates, and other considerations. Please consult with Stephanie Lueras for an estimate for your specific needs. (*All sessions in a package must be used within a 12-month period)

*A weekly 30 minute fitness nutrition counseling session can be added to any package for $20/week.  Other fitness nutrition counseling, meal planning, or cooking demonstration packages purchased at the time of a personal training packaged will receive a discount–please contact Stephanie for details!
